IEP Meetings Can Feel Overwhelming...

Once you book your session, the process is simple and designed to help you feel prepared and supported. Complete the Intake Form After booking, you will receive a short intake form. This helps me understand your child’s situation, your concerns, and your goals for the upcoming IEP meeting. Upload Your IEP Documents  Within the intake form, you will have the option to upload your child’s current IEP, evaluation reports, or other relevant school documents. Reviewing these materials ahead of time allows our session to focus on understanding the document and preparing for your meeting. Prepare for Our Consultation During our 60-minute session, we will talk through your questions, review key parts of the IEP if needed, and discuss strategies for communicating and collaborating with your child’s school team. Leave Feeling Prepared After our conversation, you will have a clearer understanding of your child’s IEP, organized questions and priorities for the meeting, and greater confidence participating in discussions with the school team. After the session, I will also send a follow-up email with personalized notes and recommendations based on our conversation.
